Distilled in May 1993, aged for more than 24 years in a refill Pedro Ximenez sherry butt and bottled in September 2017 at a cask strength of 52.7%, un-chillfiltered and natural colour.
North Star's tasting notes... cinnamon and warmed cloves on the nose, buttered toffee and shortbread on the palate and sweet rum and raisin on the finish.
