An artisan Mezcal distilled from the Espadin agave plant in Tlacolula, Oaxaca, this has a grassy, fruity and, of course, smokey flavour.
For Mezcal Verde Momento the agave is cooked in a traditional stone oven using a variety of woods for a smokier profile. They use a traditional "Tahona" to mill the cooked agave and a fully natural fermentation process, before double distilling in a copper still.
