From the New York Distilling Company, this American whiskey is distilled from rye grown in New York State, aged for at least three years in oak and then finished in a specially selected once-used rye barrel (a so-called "Honey Barrel", known for its particularly special flavour attributes). It is then bottled at a cask strength of 56% abv, or 112 US Proof.
