A blended malt from Dornoch's Thompson Brothers, aged over 8 years and produced in a solera style.

From Dornoch based Thompson Brothers, this blended malt is made up of carefully selected single malt whiskies, all aged for more than 8 years before being blended and rested in a 1200 litre European oak vat. This solera vat is never fully emptied and each batch is left to integrate with the whisky reserved from the previous batch before being drawn from the solera vat and diluted to a "quaffable" 48.5%. Bottled without chill-filtration and with no added colouring.
