Santo Grau Itirapua Cachaca


A traditionally produced Cachaca from Itirapua near Sao Paulo.


A traditionally made artisanal Cachaca from Santo Grau. This particular bottling is produced at a family owned mill which has been operating near Itirapua city in Sao Paulo state since 1860. It is made by waterwheel and undergoes a natural fermentation and distillation in small copper stills. It is stored in barrels made of Jequitiba wood, as well as in oak barrels, which add both colour and a distinctive flavour to this authentic Brazilian Cachaca.
