
A VSOP Calvados Pays d'Auge from Christian Drouin, produced to the more restrictive standards of this smaller AOC.
Produced in the Pays d'Auge part of the Calvados region from bitter, bitter sweet and sharp cider apples using a double distillation. It is aged (for at least 4 years to be a VSOP) in small refill casks including some former wine casks, along with some former fortified wine casks.
