
12 year old molasses rum, distilled at Monymusk in the parish of Clarendon in Jamaica.
After its distillation in 2010 in column stills, this rum underwent a double maturation process. Its ageing was initiated on site for 3 years, then in Europe for the following 9 years, in ex-bourbon oak barrels.
Bottled without sweetening, colouring or cold filtration in 2022 in a total of 5500 bottles.
