Michel Maillaird is based at Vertus in the Côte des Blancs. He uses only his own estate grown fruit to makes his wines, at a co-operatively owned winery.

"Very fine expression in the nose and in the mouth. Mineral and white flowers. Very smooth mid-palate. Big potential. Works especially well as an aperitif."
