A bright, peachy, off-dry cider. Very approachable, but there are soft tannins to add some complexity to the mix.
A blend of keeved and dry cider. The naturally sweet, keeved portion is made from Yarlington Mill from Somerset and the dry portion is made from Black Isle apples, predominantly James Grieve and Katy.
North and South was first made as a response to the near absolute apple crop failure across the Black Isle in 2019.
