Part of producer Fanny Fougerat's Hors-Série of unique, small batch cognacs, 'Le Notoire' Très Vieux Fins Bois is a single cask Fins Bois cognac made with 100% Ugni Blanc grapes, distilled in either 1975 or 1976 (lack of paperwork means the exact vintage is unknown) and aged over 40 years in French oak.
