
Hailing from Warwickshire, Cotswolds gin includes local lavender and bay leaf in its botanical flavourings.
Starting with a wheat based spirit, juniper, coriander and angelica root are macerated for 12 hours to allow their flavour characteristics to fully infuse. Cotswolds lavender and bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper and cardamom seed are then added before distillation in a carter head still.
