
A light salmon pink in colour with fine and persistant bubbles, showing fresh strawberry fruit through to a dry and refreshing finish.

The grapes undergo a gentle pneumatic pressing, the must is transferred to temperature controlled vats with cold settling at 7C. The rose wine gets its colour from the saignée or bleeding method. The traditional method is used for secondary fermentation in the bottle to obtain the "prise de mousse" at 15°C. It is then aged for a minimum of 12 months, prior to bottling in April- May. Dosage 10g/l.
