Inspired by the summer garden of Debbie, the wife of Citadelle creator Alexander Gabriel, this is a zesty, citrusy gin flavoured with juniper berries, whole lemon and lemon zest, melon flesh, yuzu zest, orange peel, cardamom, cubeb, coriander, nutmeg, Sichuan pepper, cinnamon, cassia, liquorice, angelica, iris, almonds, fennel, cumin, star anise, savory and violet.
