A single grain whisky made from 100% malted barley which is partly matured in infrared toasted barrels.
A lovely young, bright whisky which makes some wonderful mixed drinks.
Made from 100% malted barley which is distilled in a Coffey still - which is why it's legally a grain whisky.
The spirit is then matured in ex-bourbon barrels, with some of it then being finished in infrared toasted barrels for 6 months.
