Distilled in 1992 at the Cameronbridge distillery and matured in a refill butt. Released in March 2023. A collaboration between Little Brown Dog and author and bottler David Stirk.
Producer's tasting notes:
N – Hot cross buns, fresh fig and Werther’s Originals.
P – Rhubarb and custard, cherry lips and Normandy butter.
F – Ginger, nutmeg and rose.
Also, stirk is another word for a (kind of) coo, hence the name.
