Deanston Virgin Oak
Youthful Deanston malt which has been finished in fresh American white oak, for a sweet, lively, vanilla and barley sugar infused dram.
Although there has only been a distillery at Deanston since 1965, some of the buildings date back to 1785. The distillery has had several owners since then. The latest, Burn Stewart, have gone back to the fruity style of whisky which Deanston originally made, and it is now bottled without chill filtration, and at 46.3%.
