Diageo's Distillers Editions of its seven Classic Malts are all double matured in different cask types selected by the Master Distillers. This Oban Distillers Edition uses Montilla Fino casks (a dry white wine from Spain similar to the more widely known sherry, made using Pedro Ximénez grapes).
