Cu Bocan Creation 5 - Colombian Andean Oak Casks

Made with lightly peated Scottish barley, Cù Bòcan is distilled in limited batches every winter at the Tomatin distillery, giving a subtly smoky and sweet spirit, which is then matured in a variety of relatively unusual casks.

Creation #5 has been matured in Colombian Andean oak.

Our tasting note: plenty of bright fruits, majoring on tropical, with banana and peach.The relatively restrained smoke scomes through on the finish.

Producer's tasting notes: "Lightly charred oak with deep hints of exotic floral herbs and campfire banana splits."
