Dram Mor Tullibardine 2012 11 Year Old Toscana Red Wine Cask Finish 53%

Distilled in 2012 at the Tullibardine distillery, aged for 11 years and finished in a Máté Toscana red wine hogshead (cask no. 900912). Bottled at 53% in an outturn of 250 individually numbered bottles by family owned and run Dumbarton based independent bottlers Dràm Mòr.

The red wine cask was sourced from Máté winery in Tuscany, Italy and was emptied of wine just two weeks before Dràm Mòr received it.

Nose: Gentle and unassuming, sweet grape notes and classic odd fellow sweeties.
Palate: Like the wine from the cask, green wines and flew. Mildly tannic with sweet mulled wine overtones. If you are a fan of red wine finishes, this one is for you!
Finish: Soft & tingling, as tannins play with the taste buds.
