Tobermory 23 Year Old Oloroso Cask Finish

Taking spirit that would originally have made up their Tobermory 15 Year Old release, this bottling then spent more time in cask at the Mull distillery, including finishing in ex Oloroso sherry casks.

Producer's tasting notes... "an exquisite sherried malt which is entwined with salted toffee and floral honey, finishing with caramelised walnuts, and a subtle salty undercurrent."
