A rye and sherry cask matured former distillery exclusive bottling from the Isle of Raasay.
Originally one of the Hebridean distillery's annual exclusive special releases, this lightly peated limited edition was matured in first fill ex-rye Woodford Reserve whiskey casks and then finished in a combination of ex-pedro ximénez and oloroso sherry quarter casks.
Producer's tasting notes: "Hints of peppery spice, almond, nuts and sweet fruit. Floral notes along with nutmeg and clove. The perfect festive accompaniment."
