A special release to celebrate Isle of Raasay Distillery winning Scottish Distillery of the Year at the Scottish Whisky Awards 2022.
This special release is made with Raasay's unpeated spirit matured in ex Four Roses bourbon casks before a second maturation in Quercus humboldtii (Colombian) oak. Distilled in August 2018 and bottled in August 2023.
At release in September 2023, it is the oldest whisky that Isle of Raasay distillery have released to date.
Producer's tasting notes: "delicious notes of vanilla and butterscotch with a long finish of crème brûlée."
