Kilchoman's UK Exclusive Small Batch Release No. 5 combines bourbon and oloroso sherry matured Kilchoman at 46% abv with one specially selected Calvados cask at natural strength.
Cask influence: 70% bourbon, 5% oloroso sherry, 25% calvados.
A release of 1260 bottles.
Kilchoman's tasting notes: "a marriage of classic Kilchoman citrus and peat smoke with layers of baked apples, fresh fruit and honey sweetness."
