As with all Gabriel Boudier products, priority is given to retaining the flavours of the raw fruit, as opposed to the sometimes artificial, overly sweet nature of some liqueurs.

Containing distilled orange peel which is aged for roughly five years, the flavour remains very similar to uncoloured Triple Sec. However, the texture is slightly more viscous, which allows for layering in cocktails.
