Gabriel Boudier Creme de Cassis de Dijon 50cl

As with all Gabriel Boudier products, priority is given to retaining the flavours of the raw fruit, as opposed to the sometimes artificial, overly sweet nature of some liqueurs.

This contains high quality French blackcurrants macerated for five weeks, using first pressed juice only. This results in a beautifully balanced spirit which wins awards regularly for it's quality and superior taste. Of course this would make a delicious Kir Royale and is fantastic for cooking with.
