As with all Gabriel Boudier products, priority is given to retaining the flavours of the raw fruit, as opposed to the sometimes artificial, overly sweet nature of some liqueurs. Wild blackberries from Chile and Morocco are macerated in alcohol, resulting in a rich, unctuous liqueur which is ideal for adding to sparkling wines and dry white wines and desserts.
