Briottet Liqueur de Rhubarbe

The combination of red and green rhubarb is what gives this liqueur it's distinctive colour and well rounded flavour. With light fruit and gentle acidity it's wonderful in sparkling wine, as a cocktail ingredient or just neat as an after dinner treat.
