Brookie's Byron Dry Gin
An excellent seasonal Australian dry gin made with both native and traditional botanicals at the Cape Byron Distillery in the rainforest of eastern New South Wales. This is a nicely fruity gin with a lovely rich texture and mouthfeel.
Alongside Eddie Brook and the rest of the Brook family, a certain Jim McEwan (of Bruichladdich fame) also had a hand in the creation of this gin.
Made with 26 botanicals, 18 of which are native to the distillery's Northern Rivers area, including Byron Sunrise Finger Limes, Aniseed Myrtle, Cinnamon Myrtle, Macadamia, Native River Mint, Native Raspberry & many more…
