This was one of our most popular cocktails of the year when we first made it in 2021, so we had to bring it back again and again.
Lang's Banana Rum, Plantation Original Dark, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, Giffard Crème de Banane, Chocolate Bitters.
When we first made this drink we knew we were on to a winner when the staff all giggled before trying it. Simply stir this with ice to dilute it, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Delightfully daft!
