

One of four cocktail creations made by ourselves in collaboration Edinburgh Gin. Full of berries and cherry with a fair whack of piney juniper.
Using Edinburgh Cannonball Gin requires some strong flavours and this cocktail packs a real punch with El Bandarra Rojo Vermouth, Ogilvy Creme de Cassis, a little Luxardo Maraschino, Gomme and a dash of Peychaud’s Bitters. Think of a punchy take on a Martinez.
Stir 70ml-100ml per drink (go easy on this one!) in an ice-filled mixing glass to achieve the desired amount of dilution. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
