Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum


Plantation Original Dark rum macerated and redistilled with pineapple flesh and rind. Sweet, rich and delightful.


Stiggins Fancy is the joint creation of Alexandre Gabriel, Plantation's cellar master, and noted booze historian David Wondrich. It's named for the character of the Reverend Stiggins, from The Pickwick Papers by Charles Dickens.

Stiggins Fancy is made by infusing Victoria pineapple in Plantation Original Dark Rum for 3 months. Separately the rinds of the pineapples are infused in rum for a week before being redistilled. These two liquids are then married and rested in oak for a further three months.

More than a rum and less than a spiced rum, in our opinion it's the best of both worlds. Delicious!
