A sweet, spicy and slightly smokey Scottish-Caribbean botanical rum made with fruits, spices and botanicals from both Scotland and around the world.
A Scottish-Caribbean botanical rum made using 5 year aged traditional Caribbean rum which then undergoes a process of fruit maceration and botanical additions, including Arabian cubebs for smokiness, West African Kola nuts for spiciness, Madagascan vanilla, Scottish honey from Aberdeenshire and a secret blend of extra spices and botanicals.
The result is a sweet and spicy rum with notes of sultana and honey and smokey undertones.
"Cabezon" means pig-headed in Spanish, a name chosen to reflect the producer's "wilfully uncompromising" aims at creating a uniquely flavoured spirit.
