The Islay gin made at Bruichladdich distillery, and using flowers and herbs collected on the island.
Made in a Lomond still affectionately know as Ugly Betty. The 9 classical botanicals are steeped in the spirit prior to distillation, while the 22 remaining native botanicals are held in a speciallly designed basket. This allows the spirit vapour to pass through and pick up their delicate characteristics.
