
A special Scottish gin produced at a micro-distillery in Aviemore, using only two ingredients of local Highland Juniper berries and Rosehip.
Production of Crossbill gin is determained by the local harvest of Juniper berries at Inshriach Forest Aviemore making each batch unique. The small team behind this gin are working with the Cairngorms forestry commission to create a sustainable revival of Scottish grown Juniper.
