Edinburgh Seaside Gin
This seasonal variation of Edinburgh Gin uses some botanicals foranged from the East coast of Scotland.
Edinburgh's Seaside Gin uses foraged ground ivy, bladderwrack and scurvy grass to add a fresh, slightly salty tang to the gin. It was made in collaboration with the distilling masters students of Heriot Watt University.
