Ten distinct botanicals of juniper berries, coriander seeds, sweet Mediterranean lemon peel, orange peel, liquorice, cinnamon bark, angelica root, orris root, cassia bark and nutmeg are used in the first stage of distillation, with lemon balm, hand picked wild water mint, meadowsweet, sea buckthorn, heather flowers and bog myrtle are added later to provide a layer of delicate citrus, floral and fragrant complexity.
