From the Borders Distillery in Hawick, this gin is named for the town's famous botanist William Kerr and is produced using the distillery's Carter Head still, which suspends the classic botanicals (juniper, angelica, coriander, liquorice, cassia and more) in the distillation vapour, steaming them to capture their flavours in the resulting spirit.
