Nestled at the foot of the Pentlands on the outskirts of Edinburgh, the Secret Herb Garden grow 100% of their own botanicals, which they hand-harvest and dry on site, ready for crafting their range of naturally colour changing gins.
The Christmas gin is made with cinnamon for spice notes, ginger for warmth and cardamom for complexity and changes from rich red to light pink on the addition of tonic.
