Made using a blend of ten botanicals including Raasay juniper, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, rhubarb root, angelica root, coriander seed, liquorice root, orris root, and cubeb pepper.

"Nose: Fresh and aromatic, with juniper, citrus and a hint of rhubarb.
Palate: Dry with a burst of juniper, orange and a richer rhubarb note.
Finish: Dry and zesty."
Producer's suggested perfect serve: "A premium tonic, garnished with orange zest strips, served over plenty of ice."
