

From the Arbikie Highland Estate, Nadar is the world's first climate positive gin, made with a base spirit distilled from peas grown on the estate, with each bottle actually saving just over a kilo and a half of carbon.
With a base spirit made from estate-grown peas, which need no nitrogen fertiliser, alongside Arbikie's climate positive methods, including diverse crop rotation, each 70cl bottle of Nadar actually saves 1.54kg of CO2.
The key botanicals are citrus leaf and lemongrass, giving a smooth, silky and refreshing gin.
