A Scottish gin with an Asian twist, created by chef Dean Banks.
Lunun Gin was inspired by chef Dean Banks's travels around the globe and fusion flavour combinations created within his Kitchen at Haar restaurant. It features kaffir lime leaf, kombu kelp, sea buckthorn, lemongrass, Sichuan pepper and ginger amongst its botanicals and is distilled in Dean's home town of Arbroath, Angus. Its name is inspired by the nearby Lunan Bay.
