
From Caorunn, this gin is made with Scottish raspberry for an extra blast of fruitiness.
Alongside Caorunn's signature botanicals, including rowan berry, dandelion, bog myrtle, coul blush apple and heather, this new gin also uses Scottish raspberry. These are infused in Caorunn's unique Berry Chamber, a horizontal copper chamber where the botanicals sit on horizontal trays to slowly and evenly infuse in the distilled spirit vapours.
The result is a bright, clean, fresh and fruity gin, perfect as a G&T or as a vibrantly fruity cocktail ingredient.
