
Made from three different parts of the Scottish Juniper plant: blue juniper berries, green juniper berries & juniper needles.
The juniper was handpicked from the Cairngorms National Park, macerated for six days and then distilled in a 150-litre Bain Marie still in the heart of Glasgow's Barras.

Upon sipping, you are immediately hit with a punch of fresh, bittersweet berry, which quickly gives way to a lasting citrus tang, before ending on a rich, gently peppery & dry finish.
