Dalrigh (the field of the king) Distillery is an evolution of the Loch Lomond Brewery.
Wash made from the finest Scottish barley and slowly fermented to create a clean, slightly dry juniper-led gin with a soft citrus nose and palette followed by a little spice in the finish. Best served with ice, elderflower tonic, and frozen Scottish raspberries.
