A small batch honey & raspberry Old Tom Gin from Orkney's Kirkjuvagr.
Named for Beyla, the Norse goddess of bees, this Old Tom style gin is made with Orcadian honey and fresh Scottish raspberries using Kirkjuvagr's Origin gin as a base.
The raspberries add extra fruitiness and colour, and balance the sweetness of the honey.
