Isle of Bute Gorse Gin
A small batch gin from the Isle of Bute made with yellow gorse flowers from the island.
Made in Rothesay on the Isle of Bute, just off the west coast of Scotland, this small batch gin is traditionally copper distilled and uses yellow gorse flower sourced exclusively from Mount Stuart Estate on the island.
Producer's tasting notes: The gorse flower gives the gin a floral nose with hints of coconut and vanilla.
Isle of Bute distillery recommend serving their Gorse Gin over ice with tonic, garnished with a slice of fresh pineapple and a sprinkle of dried coconut.
