A small batch Caribbean rum, aged in charred American oak and steeped in ginger, black peppercorns and Scottish seaweed to add a salty maritime character to the vanilla and honey flavours, before a light smoky finish.
Inspired by and named for the 18th century Scottish-American naval Captain, not the Led Zeppelin bassist.
