J. Gow Distillery is located on the tiny island of Lamb Holm in Orkney off the far north east coast of Scotland (58.8° north, 2 metres above sea level, 50 metres from the sea).
Hidden Depths Vol. 2 is a 5 year old single cask release. Distilled in 2017, aged in cask no. 6, an ex-bere whisky/OWC/rejuvenated oak cask, and bottled in 2022.
A limited release of just 259 individually hand-numbered bottles.
No added sugar or colouring. Bottled at cask strength.
