Lady of the Glen is an independent bottler based near Dalgety Bay in Fife, releasing limited edition single casks selected by founder Gregor Hannah.
This 10 year old single cask Inchgower was distilled on 27th March 2012, matured in a hogshead for most of its life and then finished in an American virgin oak barrel (cask number 804342). Bottled on 16th May 2022 in a release of 229 individually numbered bottles at a strength of 57.0% abv.
Producer's tasting notes: "Blossom honey, fresh ginger, parma violets." "A light distillate with a nutty and waxy character, finished in an American virgin oak barrel for added depth, sweetness and floral notes."
