Part of Glasgow based independent bottlers North Star's Cask Series 021.
Distilled November 2010 at an undisclosed distillery in Speyside, matured in an oloroso sherry hogshead for over 12 years and bottled in December 2022. A release of 342 bottles at 43.7% abv.
North Star's tasting notes...
Nose: Caramelised mango, smashed pistachios.
Palate: Toasted marshmallows, easily quaffable.
Finish: Peppery sherry with walnuts.
